We deliver every order through tracked couriers so you always know where your package is. The method used depends on your location and the size of the order.
Islandwide courier
Standard tracked delivery to your home or office address anywhere in Sri Lanka.
Priority dispatch
In-stock items are picked, quality checked, and handed to the courier on the next working day.
Colombo & suburbs
Faster turnaround for orders within the Western Province, often delivered within one to two days.
Delivery coverage and timelines
We ship to all 25 districts. Estimated timelines start from the moment your order is confirmed and packed, not from when it is placed.

Timelines are estimates. Public holidays, weather, and courier load can extend them slightly. You will receive tracking details so you can follow progress.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination. The exact amount is shown clearly before you confirm and pay, so there are no surprises.
- The charge for your address appears in the order summary at checkout.
- Promotional free delivery, when available, is applied automatically in the cart.
- Larger or multi-item orders may carry a different rate, always shown before payment.
Payment methods
Choose the option that suits you. All payments are processed securely, and we never store your full card details on our servers.
Cash on delivery
Pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. Available for most locations and order values.
Bank transfer
Transfer to our account and share the reference. We dispatch once payment is confirmed.
Card payment
Pay online with a debit or credit card through our secure payment gateway.
Order confirmation process
Once you place an order, here is what happens next:
- Order received. You get an on-screen confirmation and a confirmation email with your order number and items.
- Payment checked. For prepaid orders we confirm payment. For cash on delivery we confirm stock and address.
- Packed and dispatched. Your items are quality checked, packed, and handed to the courier with tracking.
- Out for delivery. You receive status updates as your order moves toward you.
Failed or pending payment handling
If a payment does not complete, your order is held rather than cancelled straight away, so you do not lose your selection.
- Failed card payment. No amount is captured. You can retry with another method, and nothing is charged for the failed attempt.
- Pending bank transfer. Your order waits until we confirm the transfer. Share your payment reference to speed this up.
- Duplicate charge worries. If you think you were charged twice, contact support with your order number and we will check and resolve it.
