General website and store usage
You may use the SLiQ website to browse products, place orders, and manage your account. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Content on the site, including text, images, and branding, belongs to SLiQ or its partners and may not be copied without permission.
Product availability and pricing
- Prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Availability is based on live stock and can change. An item in your cart is not reserved until your order is confirmed.
- We work to keep prices and details accurate. If a clear pricing or description error occurs, we may correct it and will contact you before processing an affected order.
- Product condition, such as new or A-grade, is disclosed on each listing.
Order acceptance and cancellation
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm it and begin processing. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a pricing error is found, payment cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud.
You can request to cancel an order before it is dispatched. Once an order has shipped, the returns process applies instead. If we cancel a prepaid order, you receive a full refund for that order.
Warranty conditions
Warranty coverage and length are shown per product and per variation, including when an item carries no warranty. Coverage applies to genuine faults under normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised repair, or normal wear. Warranty is tracked in your account, and claims are handled through our support team. Warranty is separate from returns, which are explained on our returns page.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure and for activity that happens under your account. Please give accurate information and keep your contact and delivery details up to date so we can serve you properly. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Limitation of liability
We take care to describe products accurately and deliver them in good condition. To the extent permitted by law, SLiQ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products beyond the value of the order concerned and the rights provided under applicable consumer law and the stated warranty. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Sri Lankan consumer protection law.
Changes to these policies
We may update these terms and our other policies from time to time to reflect changes in our service or the law. The latest version is always published here with the updated date shown at the top. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
